I love my dog walker

I love my dog walker, but I don’t love the rover interface. It’s completely unintuitive and very frustrating. I have used other dog walking sites that are clean and simple. This one is not.

Very poor in responses from listed…

Very poor in responses from listed sitters. Sent 5 requests in one day knowing not everyone would be able to accept and I wanted options. Little did I know that I would receive ZERO responses within 24 hours. Then only received responses after I sent a follow up message to make sure my original had been seen. Still did not hear back from all of them. And the responses I received were that they no longer offer services or haven’t updated their calendar. I’ve had such great experiences where I used to live in Northern Virginia. But this new area is really lacking in quality sitters. I will probably start using a kennel because they would be more reliable when services are needed.

We love our dog sitter found via Rover

We love our dog sitter that we found on Rover. She is super responsive and took care pf our dog well. She sent us pictures everyday and made sure our dog follow her regular schedule.

Unprofessional scammers

Really bad experience Hosts don't bother to answer, very dodgy especially when you're going to entrust them with your dog !! Happy to take your money, scammers don't go there !

Rover makes finding care for my dogs so easy and is more affordable than the kennel. You can book so many different options as well from overnight care to walks or dropins. This is now my go-to to find reliable care even with short notice.

Your system is defective in that it doesn’t let me indicate the full date range Sep 1 thru Sep 8. It only lets me indicate a single date. FINALLY, it is very annoying that you CONTINUALLY ask me for more information. I will label the neck to email from you as SPAM!

Are there actual people who work for the website? Or is it all computer auto response?

A:

Through email only. Takes few hours to a day. That's only way sorry to say. You can go to owner resources or ask another sitter to help you by searching the board now option pick random date and say not booking just have a question. That's best you can do wish could help more.
